Independent contractor. You're an independent contractor, not an employee. You handle your own taxes and aren't eligible for benefits, workers' compensation or unemployment insurance through the Company.
Ownership. Everything you create for the Project — footage, edits, colour, sound, design — is a work made for hire for Riddle Bros LLC. Anything that doesn't qualify, you assign to the Company worldwide and in perpetuity.
Confidentiality. Unreleased client material stays confidential until the Project is publicly released.
Portfolio. After release you can show your work with credit, subject to our approval of what you post.
Warranty. Your work is original and contains no unlicensed music, stock, fonts or third-party material.
General. New York law. Payment follows completion of services and a valid W-9.
